- Suitable for spreads as quick snacks and small hors d'oeuvre
- Suitable basic ingredients for quick soup or purées made of legume.
Brown onion and vegetable, pour vegetable broth in, then add a pâté
and cook until the vegetable is soft. Season with garlic and marjoram.
- It is possible to make variety of spreads from a pâté. Mix a pâté with grated vegetable (e. g. horseradish, garlic, paprika, pickles, etc.)
